After the success of Sweety Housing Complex Phase I & II. AIPL are in a verge of completing the Phase III, based on individual houses. This project has different aspects seemingly miniature castle of beauties are in the verge of completion. Sweety Housing Complex Phase III conforms to all the rules of Vastu Sastra. The booking is going on in full swing for this project.

  LOCATION
The site is in Unit-VI from where the Airport, Hospital is less than 500 mts. It is just 2 Km from railway station & main bus terminus. Many schools & colleges are within a radius of 2 kms. Communication is easy as it is near the heart of the city.

  FACILITIES


Foundation:
Step foundation should be done using laterite stone
or
Pile foundation with required specification
or
Column foundation with required specification
Plinth Band:
R.C.C plinth band will be provided using 12 mm., 10 mm., 8mm., and 6 mm. dia.
M.S rod as where ever required.
Super Structure:
The Super structure will be constructed with K.B. bricks having (1:6) cement mortar.
R OOf :
R.C.C roof should be provided at the height of 10' - 2" from plinth level as per the design required.
Flooring :
All floors should be done with vitrified tiles, glazed tiles should be provided in the dado of toilet upto 4' height. Kitchen cooking platform with Kudapa stone and glazed tiles upto 2' height will be provided over cooking platform. Kitchen and toilet will be of Marble (kumari) flooring.
Doors and windows :
All the door frames will be of Sal wood of 4"X3" section with factory made shutters. All the windows will be of glazed window made up with wooden frame(Tentra).
Paints :
All exterior and interior shall be furnished with cement paints and doors and windows shall be furnished with required and enamel paints.
Electrical Works :
Concealed P.V.C pipes will be laid in roofs and walls. The wires will be of I.S.I standard. One call bell point will be provided outside the front door. Necessary light/fan/plug points will be provided within total load of 2kw.
Sanitary Work :
The toilet will have Indian W/C with low level tap connections. Each toilet have one rail, soap disc and necessary tap connections.
Water Supply :
Common water-supply will be provided for the scheme with individual overhead tank.
Boundary Wall :

Three sided Boundary wall will be provided upto 4'.0" height with gate.


  COMFORTS

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
1. One loft will be provided over any one of the toilets.
2. Shelfs will be provided in each room
3. Main door will be of Teak Wood with an eyepiece.
4. Chajja in each room, in case of customer's choice.
5. Metalic Internal Road will be provided.
N.B. Extra cost will be charged for providing any other facilities viz., Marble flooring etc.
