SPECIFICATIONS & FEATURES

SUPER STRUCTURE:                 

RCC framed structure (M-25 grade) conforming to seismic zone II specifications.

 

WALLS:

First class K.B. Bricks will be used.

 

PLASTERING:

Walls will be finished with 12 mm thick plastering (1:6) mix.

 

FLOORING/TILE CLADDING:

All floors shall be done with Vitrified tile flooring, Glazed ceramic tiles shall be provided in the dado of toilets up to 4’-6” height. Kitchen cooking platform/sink shall be fixed with Cudappah.  Glazed tiles will be provided over cooking platform up to 2’ toilets will have Anti-Skid Vitrified floor tiles and kitchen will have flooring with Kota stones.

 

DOORS & WINDOWS:

All the doorframes will be Sal wood of 4” x 2 ½” sections with factory made flush doors. Main door shall be of 3’-6” width  and other doors- all factory made flush doors, will be 3’-0” width except toilets, which will be of 2’-6” width. Aluminum window frames and glaze panels along with aesthetically designed safety grills of Mild Steel will be provided at convenient places numbering   1 / 2 in each room as decided by the Developer.     

 

 

ELECTRICAL:

Concealed wiring of Finolex / Anchor or equivalent make. Power plugs for fridge, T.V., phone etc. Individual meter boards, miniature circuit breakers (MCB) for each distribution board and modular switches of  ISI standard.

 

CONNECTIVITY:

Telecom – telephone point  in master bedroom/living area, intercom facility to all the units. Provision for cable T.V. Connection in master bedroom / living room.

 

SANITARY WORKS:

The toilets will have one Indian and other one Western W/C. Each toilet has one Towel rail; soap disc and necessary tap connections and sanitary fittings of ISI standard. One washbasin and face mirror will be provided in dinning / toilet(s).

 

PAINTS:

All exterior shall be provided with weather coats and interior shall be furnished with Wall putty. Doors and windows shall be furnished with required enamel paints.          

                                   

WATER SUPPLY:

Common water supply arrangements (Deep Bore -well) will be provided as per the decision of the Developer. Supply line up to over-head tank/s with required capacity will be provided.

 

LIFTS:

High speed  passenger lifts with rescue device will be provided by the Developer.

 

POWER BACK-UP:

D.G. set will be supplied for power back-up by the Developer.

 

COMPOUND WALL:

Decorated gated compound having 10” plastered brick wall up to 6’ height from ground level with designer gate/s of required dimension will be provided by the Developer.
